Why would Money fight him?

a) He lost 2 fights in a row (one by KO)

b) Money is going to make 200 million without him.

c) Drug testing will still be a issues

d) Pac-Man will want a 60/40 split in Money favor but that is still outrageous given where they both are in boxing hierarchy right now.

e) This is the most important reason why the fight should not happen....the gap in skill is now apparent and too wide a deficit to overcome.
