For the hardcore fans its amazing... but the comments saying how this addition to the card GREATLY increases ppv buys.. I dont see it.

Going over a million ppv buys is driven by the casual boxing fan, and the casual fan doesnt know garcia or matthysse, as sad as that is.

One person said this addition doubles the ppv buy... absurd.

It doubles the excitement of the card but thats it.

People are going overboard, Canelo has never headlined a PPV as well. All in all it should do very well.

Good ****, cant wait for this fight. I dont think this is going to be easy at all for Lucas, Danny always comes to fight. Props to both these fighters, boxings top table(Manny, Floyd, Sergio) should take note. This is what fighters do - Fight! I don't see any way for Garcia to beat Lucas. He will have to box the best he ever has and not trade at all. Garcia has to show up with an entirely different identity to win I think. I also think that this is a completely unbiased observation based off of their respective fights over the last couple of years.

I havnt paid for a PPV in years, I allways stream them online but for this one I dont want any pauses or lagging to spoil the fights so I will be happily paying my cash this time.

Far i remember Mayweather is not even his own boss anymore and he has to do what is told to what's best for everybody. And his little mind games may offend others and all, but know he's under contract and managed by "showtime" to which they have to be responsible in recognizing how it could/would affect & reflect their businesses from service perspectives, if unable to provide millions of their customers ultimate wishes that's been in the palm of their hands.
