He is fighting bums with much mediocre records, then he is indeed just dreaming and nothing wrong about it. But if he has plan next year but continue fighting bums then these makes it all wrong! If he has that plan indeed then he should go challenging those at least in top 15, then on top 5, then he should fight with the belt next! If all goes right as planned then he would be climbing the ring of MGM or Sands, US sometimes later of 2014.
