    Thats the short answer.

Pacman is a special fighter not just for filipinos of all races, he was a rarity I doubt there will be another one like him regardless of the race.

    Dude was a tasmanian devil.

The Philippines will probably have some more good boxers down the line but most of them won't be as successful as Pacman.
With TR as the promoter, plenty of fighters can fight and get schooled by good boxers with movement whilst beating shop-worn fighters coming off losses tailormade for a fighters style just like Pacjuiceman.

    Child please.

My guess... They're going to push the Penalosa brothers hard. I think they're on the Macau card next week and possibly on the untelevised card of the Pac/Rios fight.
            One of them is 11-0 with 11 KO's... or 10-0 with 10KO's.
They come from a family name, they're looking good for their fights and they have Arum backing them (don't know if he's promoting them or he's working with ALA to help build his Asian card).
Good stuff can also come from Milan Melindo if he wins next week against Estrada, but I doubt it.

But ultimately no... there will probably never be another Manny Pacquiao
my marbles go to the penalosa brothers...

They both did. Alot of fighters do, more than don't actually. But alot of it has to do with the promotors as well, but ducking/protecting is a natural aspect of boxing today, and it's not a good thing. It should be like the old days where to be a champion you had to beat everyone and defend your title courageously.
