GZ has a few sc****s and bruises on the back of his head, nothing serious. The whole thing about his head being smashed on the sidewalk, over and over is all for dramatic effect. I see why the prosecution added the spin, but that's all it is, "spin"

Ive been in a few fights had to vist the A&E over the years and seen many fights when out on the razzle. Us Brits aint lightweight like those yanks.

When you tussle on the floor, you are going to get a few sc****s and bruises on ur head and face, sometimes worse, u might suffer a broke nose or break ur own hand punching in someone's face. Its all part of fighting. If I shot someone every time I got in to a fight, i'd be a serial killer.
