I think Brook wins by KO. I think Lopez is better off at 140 and he has been KOed twice in a row. I think Brook is a good solid welterweight and a better fighter than many fans think he is. Canelo gave Lopez a beat down and the Maidana fight did not help him recover.

I think it's down to dislike.

The same people saying Brook would get destroyed etc wouldn't put a penny of their money on it. I'd be willing to put a good bet on Brook stopping Lopez. He simply has nothing to do at 147 imo.

Obviously, but the critiques from me at least are more geared towards him struggling, at times, against the sub par Carson Jones. He does have top talent when attacking, but his defense/stamina/mental strength are a big question marks imo.

Regardless I'd favor Brook in this fight slighyly, but Lopez can hit and Brook is easy to hit so it would probably get interesting in the middle rounds.
