Floyd is the worst thing to happen to boxing.

Pacquiao = a breath of fresh air he captured the casual fans with his foreign personality and carefree personality and Warrior give the fans their moneys worth style.

Floyd had to use a gimmick to sell he is the only boring fighter to ever be a huge PPV draw in history. Every other fighter who drew on PPV had exciting wars or delivered knockouts or had top fights.

Also Pacquiaos PPV drawing power is far more impressive than Floyds, Floyd said it himself how come these Americans like this Filipino but they dont even support me? Floyd is jealous.

Pacman is the biggest drawing non heavyweight foreign fighter in PPV history, no other foreigner did his numbers on ppv, and he isn't even a heavyweight.


Pacquiao sold fights because of his fighting style, Floyd sells fights by making people hate him to see if he finally loses and by attaching his name to Oscar De La Hoya, ARturo Gatti, and Manny Pacquiao to sell.

Both guys are to blame for the fight not getting made,,,,,

But i do put more of the blame on floyd for this simple reason.

1. when he returned from his "retirement" he targeted JMM, manny's rival just to hype a manny fight down the road,,,
2. Things looked to be all set but then manny destroyed cotto, and floyd sr said no way and floyd listened....
3. When your are the biggest money guy in boxing like oscar, srl, tyson, ali, with that drawing power you can make any fight you can want,,,, Ali got the foreman and frazier fights, SRL got the duran, hearns, hagler fights, Oscar had tito, shane, vargas,hopkins, floyd, manny. Floyd never put the public pressure on manny and arum to get the fight done...
4. When you are the top draw #1 fighter in the world, floyd could have used the media to pressure arum and manny to fight,, but he never did that, so i blame floyd,
5. He has said he is a rich coward, and wont fight the dangerous to your health type fights...

Great point. A career lightweight was willing to get in there with Manny, a naturally bigger Floyd was scared to even get in the ring with the little guy. Probably got SO scared that he couldn't see himself win, so he saw for a way out of his BIGGEST CAREER PADAY.So called fLoyd "MONEY" mayweather was scared shietlessss..
