Groves can box a bit, and anyone who can could threaten Froch
Froch's in his mid 30s and has some wear on him
wouold pick Froch to win a UD but Groves is live
prefer this to Froch chasing a Ward rematch he can't win
prefer it to a 3rd Kessler fight too, at least it's something new

groves isnt a bad fighter, and he does have a decent chance against froch in my opinion. froch is a warrior, but he does lack when it comes to technical ability so yeah, i reckon groves gives him a good fight.
