The interviewer messed up. He should have asked Murray that question.

Murray looking for easier options makes sense, Loeffler and Golokvin publicly stating they made offers but lying about it doesn't. Wouldn't be suprised if Ricky Hatton isn't telling Murray everything like what happened with Sauerland/Pulev and Jennings/Peltz with his promoter lying to Jennings about the offer he recieved only to get exposed on twitter by Kalle.
        This ^.

Can't blame Murray, though; GGG will kill him.

Smh at people in this thread talking like Murray's a ducker.

I'd bet good money that if he recieves the offer and he can sort a visa/fight in the UK he'll fight GGG in a heartbeat. He probably wont win but still...

He shouldn't need prodding from the interviewer. By now he must have heard about about Team GGG saying they'd go to the UK. He should seize the opportunity if he either wants it, or feels the guy is bluffing, he'll gain much cred.

Agreed, Murray will take that fight. It's clear he's unaware of any offers because he said it in another interview too:

Murray, who recently had an elbow operation after a career best performance against WBC champion Sergio Martinez said: “It’s all brand new news to me if an offer has been made. I’ve not been told of an offer. A date of Nov 2 is the first I’ve heard. I’ve not been told anything. If they said they want to fight me then that’s fair enough but I’ve still got visa issues to sort out.

“Hopefully things will be sorted out soon because I’ve had some great, great offers since the Martinez fight. And I’ve not been able to take them.”

Call whose bluff? Again one team claimed they made an offer, the other fighter himself just claimed he hasn't heard anything and he has Visa issues, but here we go again with the same crap about how heaven and earth is ducking GGG. Am sure if Murray got offer a fight with GGG he would take it, whether its in the UK or USA, he went to Germany and Argentina and seems like a straight up guy. And am sure he would have had offers coming in for him after his performance against Martinez, so it's all about looking at all the offers if any offers are in.

Murray doesn't seem like someone who would duck or lie to get out of a fight lol.

Not sure if he beats GGG but he could put up a fight.

GGG beats him definitely, it might not be as easy as the Macklin fight but Murray would not duck GGG if a fight was offered to him at a good price. It's like GGG managers are just throwing out names and articles so people can accuse them of ducking GGG. that seems to be GGG best selling points at the moment "Everyone ducking him doe"
