Good fight but its not PPv worthy.
I think its come a little too soon for Groves who should have targetted Steglitz first and as for Carl Im not sure what it adds to his legacy fighting a next gen fighter rather than cementing his name vs the big league fighters.
Stylistically its competative because despite Groves looking chinny early in his career he has improved alot so I can see his movement giving Carl problems like Dirrell did. After a close back and forth 10 rounds I see Carl finally getting to George and stopping him late with a barrage.
