Not seen anything on it being a catchweight fight before now, is that a recent change?

If Brook moves to 154 he is back to where he was over a year ago, needing to fight in eliminators in order to get a title shot. I thought Brook looked ready for a significant step up over 4 years ago and it seems there is less public interest in him now than there was the first time he fought Jones. I really hope they take a risk in his next fight, offer to take short money in order to go to the US and face someone like Berto, Thurman/Chaves, Maidana, Abregu, anyone who is good and who he can makes waves by beating.
