    David Price's next opponent?

Richard towers & lucas browne fight in a commonwealth eliminator july 25 in australia. Will the winner be next for price? Will he vacate or defend the belt? If i was the winner i would be licking my chops at the idea of fighting a vulnerable price in the fall for the commonwealth title...

A lot will depend on whether he stays with Maloney or not.

I could see him doing the next prizefighter comp or perhaps just some domestic fights (Rogan, Sprott etc) for the next 18 months or so.

Unfortunately he has probably seen any major chance come and go, he turned pro late and time has not been on his side.

I've been thinking about this since he lost to thompson. Tbh, at this point even a fight vs Browne would be too much imo. Fight a martin Rogan and a couple of journeymen and domestic guys. Sort them out and then work your way up again.

      It's the only way.

He needs to fight 3 or 4 guys who have a great chin. Get him used to throwing punches for 5, 6 & more rounds.

Derek Chisora is the perfect fit.

Probably Towers to be honest, he has got similar stamina to Price, and both stand at 6ft8 odd. Lucas Browne would just annihilate Price.
