Idk what some of the posters heard but he did not call out no1 from TR he was asked is they on TR would be difficult styles to beat & he mention Mickey, he said the possibility of fighting Gary or LSC & moving up to 130 but never called out a TR fighter, I love to see him vs Mickey but we know it won't happen, if It did I like mikey but Mares man he is just tuff & I believe he will beat Mickey. Most of these potential match ups are feasible but it is left up to the sanctioning bodies to get these fights made for the boxing fans. They wield much more influence in boxing than the major Premium Networks like HBO. The sanctioning bodies ranking system is so calibrated, that you can have one fighter in a division who is considered champion while another fighter in that same division is not even a mandatory or a highly ranked challenger and is with a rival promoter. Which is why it so difficult for promoters to iron out deals through purse bids. The system needs fixing. Most of the alphabet soup sanctioning bodies are in the hip pockets of the promoters anyway and that needs to change. Lastly, fighters should stop calling out opponents, who are are not around their own weight class unless they are willing to campaign at the same weight class of the opponents they are calling out. It makes those fights that much more difficult to make; Especially if they have different promoters.

abner is a warrior but he is biting more than he can chew with this one imo ....he aint boxing mikey for **** and if theres someone who looks real good againts come forward fighters ( in which i expect mares to do ) , it's mikey...the kid has some serious skills...

but then again, mares always finds a way to win....make it happen
