        Ponce moved up to 130 to fight a 145 pounder in Broner, why not Russell?

            This ****head is still living off the hype of a brief highlight segment that showcased his hand speed from two years ago (from the Khan-Judah undercard, I believe.) Nobody gave a toss about him before then, and he still hasn't made any progress.

              he better fight a bigger name than ponce if he doesn't take this fight. some of these fighters have no shame about about the quality of opponents, they should all learn from mares

                    There's also the fact that Russell hasn't made featherweight in 2 years, and Rigo is the champion at SBW, and not even that big at the weight either. Oh yeah, and the fact that giving someone a title shot to reward them for avoiding a tough fight is something that shouldn't happen.

                    I think just this one time we can give the promoters a pass on that one not happening.

                      i understand that but rigo is gonna have to move up if he wants bigger fights...its not like hes got alot of time left..as for russell he needs to step up the comp..im rapidly losing interest in this guy...ponce woulsve been a great test
