I don't see these guys fighting, Ward will be at 75 before Golovkin is a superstar

Proper response. I will be very patient with this fight. GGG has to clear out 160 first.

Ward is small at 168. If he moves up it won't be because of weight issues.

Small at 168? At 175, maybe... But Ward didn't look that small in the Dawson fight.

(Well, the real problem at 175 is Kovalev...)

Make the fight happen now. Forget that "letting it marinate" garbage.

I suspect that Ward is not "ready" until spring, next year...

I dont know who wins this but im sure its gonna be the usual ward fight, run in, headbutt, hold run, ref separates the fighters, run in, head butt, hold, ggg will get some kind of cut that compromises him and ward wont give him any space and it will be ugly and dirty as ****. but who knows, ward hardly fights these days, maybe hes suprised by ggg's power.

It's a fair assessment from Ward because GGG does take some shots. But if your intent is to trade, that's the idea! I doubt he'd have the same game plan for a Tyson type!

I was following Ward's career closely since 2009.
He "progressed" a lot -- now he glues himself into the opponent's chest and delivers his favorite "old school inside boxing" style... I would not mention here Ward's KO over Dawson -- just because Chad's last fight...

I do not share Ward's assessment -- just because the "soviet boxing school" may look minimalist, but in fact it is extremely elaborate...

GGG and Kovalev cut the ring with extreme ease and are personifications of mobile power... They're no jokes, believe me...
