WBO interim-junior welterweight champion Mike Alvarado (34-1, 23 KOs) has taken to the social networks to voice his concerns about the money being offered for the fight with Ruslan Provodnikov (22-2, 15 KOs), being targeted for an HBO televised date of October 19th.

BoxingScene.com reported earlier that Provodnikov had agreed to his side of the deal, including the monetary terms, and Provodnikov's promoter Artie Pelullo was waiting for Top Rank to inform him that Alvarado had agreed to his side of the package.

I dont even think Alvarado uses Twitter, im almost positive that his "Publicist" Brandon Spano who thinks he is a local radio sports host in Denver is the one who does it. Take a look at his timeline its almost identical

This sucks for Alvarado. He is the champion and the guy he beat for the belt is going to make wayyyyy more than him in a fight with Pac. I don't blame him for wanting proper compensation. This is a dangerous fight and it will most likely end up being a FOTY candidate.
