I can see this fight going both ways because I'm a realist. Matthysse definitely got above average power and accuracy, so IMO he could hurt Danny late. I could actually see Lucas winning if he varied his offensive rhythm and didn't lunge in and fight Danny's fight.

The way Danny fights is just too perfect for what Matthysse likes, wide shots and a guy who can't fight going backwards. Can Danny land a massive counter shot and hurt Lucas? It is possible, I just don't see it happening.

Gonzalez-Mares showed one shot can change any given fight on any given night, I just think the styles play extremely heavily in Matthysse's favor.

The Gonzales Mares fight showed that the more experienced fighter with a couple losses but better Ko ratio easily beats the "undefeated" champ kept between cottons.

One of the reasons why I think people don't acknowledge Lucas' boxing is cause he doesnt look as "cute" as Mayweather or Rigo when he does it.
