LM will come out guns blazing, so I'm really not sure if this fight is gonna last long. As I re-watch their fights, I don't see how this will end in any other way than a KO. Garcia might have to fight fire with fire in the beginning to get LM's respect.
Absolutely I will put more emphasis on the "if" of Garcia being hurt than the "when" because people are trying to make the guy seem soft to taking punches. I agree with everything you said, Garcia should position his feet at better angles and position himself where his guard can neutralize Matts punches of which he can make his parrying ability easier.

Matthyse always start off slow, his opponents get carried away once he punches them in the mouth, they feel they need to hit him back just as hard. They are kidding themselves by attempting so instead of getting flustered and antsy I feel Garcia gameplan will to use his eyes effectively and time Matthyse. Experience Lucas's rhythm firsthand before mounting his actual offense which I believe will be mixed with a lot of body shots.. as well as counters to the head. I believe Garcia will hit him in the body hard early then step laterally to parry off shots and when he gets the timing of Matt's punches counter hard.

It's a shame that all the Matthyse fans can only say Garcia will get K.Oed but not how Matthyse will be able to set it up.

That's because you're a Garcia fan, who has a crappy 16 KO out of 26 wins, so a KO is some strange mystical creature for you.
For those of us that have been following Matthysse for some time, we're more than used to it, 32 KOs out of 34 wins.
How will Matthysse do it? Same way he's been doing it so far son: Outboxing, outsmarting and submitting the opponent with power.
Just be patient, you'll see soon enough what a real champion is all about. Hey, we'll even welcome you to the gang after Garcia is beaten 10 kinds of ****** and goes full ****, moves to Miami and starts his own drag queen show.
We wont make fun of you for your past as a "Garcia fanboy", as long as you learn to appreciate good boxing it will all be ok.

I'm a fan of talent, not a groupie that have to bandwagon on one fighter and live vicariously through them. In my honest opinion Lucas Matthyse is all hype, he only has devastating power but nothing else. His style is in the same mode of that of Walter Matthyse who had nuclear bombs as fist but ultimately been solved like a Rubix code by getting pieced up.

Matthyse knocked out mostly Argentinians in Argentina, so he has a padded record, he didn't knock out anyone more legitimate than who Danny Garcia had knocked out. Danny was faced with more versatility in his opponents unlike Matthyse and when Matthyse did fight someone that could box, he got outboxed.

I'm not interested in joining your "gang" where talks of ******** and going full **** is discussed. I have my own perception of things no matter the outcome of the fight. I'm not going to be surprised if Garcia prove all the nut huggers wrong. Ironic how you think you are a fan of good boxing yet rides on Matthyse coat tails.. Aren't you a fan of Pacquiao as well? You know my favorite fighter to watch is JMM right?

jjeje Lucas promises a good fight and to fight well the 12 rounds = Machine to Human translation = Danny's dead within 5 rounds.

He doesnt seem to think much of a fight with Broner, says Maidana is taking that one. Is there anything solid on Miadana vs Broner or is it just tlak for now?

The only way I see Matts winning is by KO and it's because of his power and aggression. The earlier Matts starts pressuring, the better his chances. What I'm interested in finding out is how Garcia will answer the pressure: will he increase his output, will he stay composed and counter-punch, will he move around more? Matts either gets the stoppage or he gets stopped. I don't see Garcia being afraid of opening up because he's confident in his power and I think he'll trade with Matts because he's good in exchanges. If the fight gets chaotic, both guys are in danger. This is gonna turn into a violent and entertaining slug-fest that we'll be wanting to watch again right after the PPV ends.

Matthysse starts saying that hes happy about the fight, that it had been promised to him about a year ago but then they put Dallas Jr and then Peterson in the way. He says Garcia finally signed (according to this it seems Garcia’s signature was what was holding everything back, as we supposed). He says he respects Garcia as a champ and that he should respect him. That Garcia and Broner like talking more but he doesn’t because that’s just not him, that that he will win the 14th.
They ask him about how he feels being undercard to Mayweather-Canelo, he says he doesn’t care either way, being undercard or having had his own main event, but he’s proud of being in the Mayweather event.
The reporter asks what he can promise fans for this fight.
Matthysse says he always trains very well, promises a good fight, he says hes training very hard because it’s a hard fight but hes confident about winning. He says he knows Garcia’s weaknesses and that his punches will do damage.
The reporters asks about Broner trash talking against him, asks if he wants to fight Broner. Matthysse smiles and says that he was told about what Broner said, but he’s fighting Garcia, that Maidana will fight Broner. He says they will both have good fights, each in their weight division.
Last question, the reporter asks about those weaknesses he sees in Garica, if he can share any of them. Matthysse laughs and says no, but then he says he’s a frontal fighter, has a solid punch, but that he’s stronger, faster and smarter inside the ring.
The reporter says he knows Lucas doesn’t like crowds but he still went to this event to support another fighter, Gustavo “Perrito” Vittori (this is in Concordia, a small town in Argentina). Finally he thanks and sends regards to his family and the people from Trelew, the town he comes from, Concorida and Argentina.
