I'm here, and I'm ready and willing to hear everything Garcia fans have to say. He proved me wrong, proved to be a better boxer than I thought, and earned his win. I didn't score the fight very closely, but it looked like Garcia deserved the victory close but clear. I talked a lot of **** and was dead wrong.
That being said, I'm horribly disappointed in Lucas Matthysse. On the biggest stage he will ever fight on, he absolutely **** the bed and looked to have learned none of the lessons from the Judah and Alexander fights. He also completely lost his composure, and practically gave away 3 rounds when the eye swelled. It was the worst I've ever seen him fight, and under the circumstances I cannot be anything other than disappointed.

I think you're selling Lucas incredibly short here, garcia shuts the guys eye, and still gets hit repeatedly with flush shots in the championship rounds
it was a close fight, champ gets benefit of doubt in close rds in Vegas
fight had a lot of weird moments that leaves me wanting a rematch with a Team Matthysse Inswell in the corner this time

Well I warned ya, now are you going to abandon Lucas? Why the **** did you think Lucas could just steamroll Danny Garcia like he's Paulie Malignaggi, he hits hard man.

Absolutely not "abandoning" Lucas. He's still a hard hitting fighter who's fun as hell to watch. But he was very disappointing. He was looking good, but Danny threw him off his game and Lucas ended up looking like Maidana for about 5 rounds straight.
Like I said, I was very wrong about this fight, and I'll take it all for however long you guys feel like dishing it. I talked a lot of ****.

Horribly disappointed? His eye was closed, he coulda got stopped off that eye... He had to protect it, so he couldn't throw the right hand... He never stop throwing punches and did what he could
The last round is a perfect example, when Garcia decided to let loose the last 30 seconds or so, he didn't give a fuck, he tried to match him punch for punch
