What would be better, Danny Boy blatantly ducking and being a laughing stock or getting KTFO?
I'm not gonna lie, the first option looks pretty good. Nothing better than being humiliated.

Wow cant belive the poll is so one sided.

I think Danny just has the edge but am starting to question my own judgement after seeing how many people are picking Mathysee by KO. Not sure what it is I havent seen in Lucas that evereyone else. I know he is a beast but Judah and Alexander beat him so I dont see why an unbeaten Danny who has a knack for finding a way to win, wouldnt be able to hold on to his title.

No doubt its a tough assigment and his biggest test yet but its easy to get carried away with power. Look at Pac when he was bowling them over, people were calling him one of the greatest ever but its whenyou see him struggling against certain styles its puts it in perpective. Peterson was a good win for Mathysee and probably the best of his career but Peterson is not Danny Garcia. He doesnt have the power or boxing brain

Everyone said Peterson would outbox Lucas and beat him cause Judah and Alexander did but we saw how well Peterson's boxing worked.

Good point, its not relevant in the triangle theory but I was using those names as reference to Lucas, not being able to find a way to win against them.

I was one of those people who thought Peterson would outbox Lucas so yeah I clearly dont rate Lucas as highly as many and was surprised he dealt with Peterson quickly yet here I am picking against him again. If he disposes of Garcia quickly aswel Ill have to jump on the bandwagon.

I see it being a close fight but I think Garcia might have more to his game. It could end quickly if Garcia cant cope with the attacks early & then I'll look ****** but I think he will get over those first few rounds and then the fight becomes interesting. Peterson had nothing to keep Mathysee off him with whereas Garcia is a good counter power puncher and times his opponents well. Mathysee will probably need more than brute force in this one

Floyd is notorious for his blatant ducking of fights and he's still widely respected among his legion of rabid fanboys. Sure Danny would be the laughing stock by normal boxing fans, but his fanboys will spin in ways unimaginable. "he got dat paper doe, he wasnt gunna get credit for beatin lucas anyway doe, he didnt fight lucas cuh he got a better deal with x"

My thing is, I don't care if you guys pick so and so to win but don't give some lame argument like "Lucas couldn't beat so and so".

I just think anything Garcia and Peterson do Lucas does better.

Yea but was Floyd ever in a situation like this one where the fight MUST happen and it makes too much sense not to happen. I know the Pacquiao fight was it but they can use the feud between companies as an excuse. What excuse are they gonna use in this situation?

I give the edge to Lucas in this fight cause he is more than just a puncher. He does have some skills and a great chin with stamina.

Danny couldn't employ his jab in the Judah fight and didn't adjust. His jab is going to trouble Lucas more than ppl would think. This fight is ripe to happen now and the winner will spring board to big money fights
