Not exactly true. He took 5 rounds (12 minutes+) of flush Haye shots.

He took 12 rounds of shots from Fury, Klitschko and Helenius....couldn't last half that time against Haye. If you get flattened by someone in that fashion, you can't take their power.

He didn't look like he wanted to continue at all, he made no effort to convince the ref he was OK and didn't blink an eye when the fight was stopped. He knew he had nothing left in the tank and wasn't going to win. He may not have said i quit but it was the closest thing to it. He'll learn from this and know not too push to hard in future.

He didn't take a knee (Cotto), didn't use an injury (Abraham) and didn't quit in his corner (Gonzalez). He was just out on his feet and was counted out, at no point did he ask for the fight to be stopped.

The 2nd knockdown sent him face first to the canvas...he was all over the place.

When he got up he was stumbling back and he had no complaints, it was a perfect stoppage.

Did you see the the gaping mouth and blurred eyes when he dropped the 2nd time he was out for a couple of seconds? He barely beat the count and would have been finished easily if the ref allowed it to continue.
