This is definitely a possibility...

Haye is far more skilled than Fury, and should win, but we know it doesn't work like that. Fury is durable, he's big, he can wear down his opponents with his size, and he doesn't seem to gas out. Plus Haye will have had a 1 year layoff, there may be some ring rust there.
