JMM & Morales fought Barrera and Pacquiao multiple times in their prime, but JMM would never fight Morales. AS RECENT as just over a year ago before the last JMM/Pacquiao fight, Marquez was offered Morales in Texas Stadium for a July date, which would have been a massive sellout, and once again, Marquez wouldn't fight Morales. Obviously when they were gym partners years ago, Morales must have gotten the best of Marquez every time in the ring, and it's been kept hush ever since. Two Mexican Legends could have had an ENORMOUS showdown, makes no other sense why they wouldn't have fougth one another. Morales made it known more than once he was always interested in a fight, but Marquez balked each time. Hmmm....Morales a shot fighter now, it wouldn't matter, but Marquez knows inside, Morales had his number... hence their falling out, and no longer in the same camp.

i kinda feel the same way and your right about erik is no barrera. had erik been calling the fight ringside he would have gotten up off of his seat celebrating with julio cesar chavez and the rest of the commentating crew for tv azteca
