Half dominating a division isn't so great, with it being the weakest division in boxing too.

What are you talking about? They've both dominated everyone. Name a single opponent that Vitali or Wladimir beat who you think that the other one couldn't have. And in most cases, they already did. It's almost a cliche in the heavyweight division for a fighter to get destroyed by one brother and then start campaigning for the other.
