Ghost tried to start roughin him up a couple times but Floyd was just too quick and able to get out when he wanted too. That was because of the huge discrepancy in foot speed. That same difference in foot speed will be there between Broner and maidana
Broner is pretty flat-footed, but he might change strategy for a heavy-handed guy like Maidana. If Broner is flat-footed, Maidana will get hit, but when they get close, Maidana can get in some cheap shots and use dirty tactics

I don't know why everybody is complaining. I think Maidana has a very good chance of beating Broner. This fight is 50/50 and if Broner wins we have to give him his props.

No he doesn't. This is no where near a 50/50 fight.

it's not a 50/50 fight. Maidana pretty much has a puncher's chance, but that puncher's chance is better than usual because Maidana is heavy handed

He'll definitely change tactics, which is the only thing that interests me about this fight: Getting to see Broner use his speed a little more because everyone he's fought so far has had little power. Therefore, as you said he could afford to just stand there flatfooted and pick his shots.

Heck of a fight. Neither can handle movement, so its a perfect match up style. The great unknown is whether Broner could handle Maidana's power. Sometimes it comes down to something as simple as that. Right now, we don't know. Devon has a great chin. Plus, Broner is too arrogant to clinch excessively. Love this fight.

Great fight. Also suggests GBP is close to signing danny v matts else they wouldn't discuss Maidana with anyone.

please make this happen...let's see Broner deal with someone that has power and would use dirty tactics
