Bradley had a guaranteed date with HBO where he could fight for 1.2m. He said himself that he'd rather fight a bum for 1.2m than fight Khan. That's what he meant by "Can a brother get a break?". Fighting Khan was too risky even though he would've got over 2m. He'd rather fight "anyone" for 1.2. His words.

You keep bringing up the McCloskey fight for some reason when it bares no relevance to the discussion.

McCloskey was Khans break, had he not fought him and went straight for Bradley we may have seen this fight you love to bring up..You never mention tho how this fight was nothing more then a safety net, and no better then Bradley fighting Casamayor..lol, but it bares no relevance, true..

Yes, his resume shows he's fought plenty of great fighters.

He got up from Kendall Holt shoot that many boxers would be sleeping.

Was out on his feet against Ruslan & still was throwing punches.

Went abroad to his opponents back yard to win his world title.

Khan did the same thing when he fought McCloskey..Had he tried to fight Bradley instead of McCloskey, they both would have had one fight left on their contacts..The fight could have happen in June and if Bradley did not except it then that would have been a duck..Khan fighting a guy nobody wanted to see him fight to sure up a three fight deal..Then expecting Bradley to not only leave money on table, but also go into the unknown not knowing..I can't consider that a duck..
