            I don't like them, especially for world title fights.

            I'm not one to disapprove of them if they're non title bouts, but I can't dig em when a champion has to go down in weight to defend his crown.

                      as long as the guys are getting together to throw some fists than catchweights are fine.

                      catchweights in title fights are ABSOLUTE bull**** though. you say that you are the welter weight champion of the world? Well, that's nice.... you shall defend your title against any man not over 147lbs if you'd like to retain that title......... Rockin'
