Mosley hit Floyd and hurt him. I think Canelo can do the same thing. I don't think this fight will be a boring boxing lesson with Floyd winning every round and hardly getting hit. Cotto made Floyd work and now he is over a year older and fighting a 23 year old who is bigger, faster, harder hitting and better than Cotto. This time Floyd won't be the only guy in the ring who has never lost a fight. I may be one of the few people on this board that thinks Mayweather has a real fight ahead of him and it won't be easy work as usual.

Think about all the brilliant fights we've had this year. That we're gonna have.

And yet, it's Mayweather who charges $75 or whatever it is to watch his ass fight the likes of Guerrero.

Did you finish a Floyd PPV by thinking.....gee, I can't wait for the next one.

I understand that it's his brilliant skills that mean his fights aren't more dramatic but goddamn, don't you get tired of the sting being taken out of the fight by round 4?

To be fair, the Canelo fight is one I am seriously looking forward too (though the more I think about it, the more I think it's gonna be Potshotsville in there)

It's just crazy to me that people actually get suckered into buying all his PPVs for such extortionate prices in what is quite clearly a cash-out tour.

          Don't you feel a bit ****** sometimes?
LOL all his ppv's kicked the crap out of Manny's when he fought Mosley, Clottey, and Margs.

          GTFO WITH THIS BS.

They must be doing something right when they are still selling a product that people can't stand, the funny bit his that product is the most expensive in the market and its still selling, that's got to hurt the haters surely.

It's getting more and more expensive to see someone lose.

like Larry Merchant said "Floyd Mayweather is the most exciting fighter BEFORE a fight, but after the bell...that's another story"

Floyd really needs to thank Oscar De La Hoya & HBO 24/7 for making him a ppv star cuz all his fights always seem to make people wander off. But he's so god damn controversial and his undefeated bragging is what lures people in

I haven't paid for any of Floyds crappy 75 dollar sparring sessions. None of his opponents are competitive. I watched him fight Mosley hopping he had something left after the Margarito fight but of course Floyd had to wait a year and a half after that performance to let old Shane get rusty. Even Canelo is to green. If there were any serious challenges out there for Floyd he'd be in retirement. He won't fight anyone unless theres a 90 percent chance he wins
