What about catchweight bonuses? For example, Floyd offer a 3 milli bonus if Canelo comes in at 152 instead of demanding 152 with a 3 milli penalty. If catchweights were done like that I don't think they would have the negative connotation that they do.

If you read this, you will see that not only did I already say it wasn't a shot at him, but your point also falls short, it would only be ironic if I hated manny or was some ignorant floyd-stan. Neither is accurate. I am a fan of the sport who regonizes Floyd as the best, if you were judging me by my avatar, nor do i hate manny at all, or did you already know all of this and chose to ignore the truth and post anyway.

Actaully was a big fan, I made the name to make light of his accusations, and I thought it sounded cool. I'm latino so (floyd being the exception) I always root for latino fighters and support them. I really like European fighters too though and wish fighters from UK and Ireland and other countries got way more hype than they do, I am always looking for european fights to watch, it's a shame here in the US they push fighters from the US so hard when many of them are awful.
