At 152 I really don't think GGG is healthy. @154 I still feel GGG would be drained. Stylistically, I think GGG has chance to beat Floyd if they were to fight @154 I know Floyd's legs looked great in his last fight, but Guerrero was a sick hell of a joke to be put in with Floyd.
Hard to judge the fight since no one has given GGG a reason to change his approach to KOing his opponents. Most feel his power which allows him to stalk easily, punching with GGG isn't that smart either. Can he hit Floyd? Maybe.. GGG is a silver medalist with over 300 bouts I'm sure he has fought some slick and crafty boxers, we'll have to see how Floyd looks at 152 to assess it any further.Comment

I think the only person this would be easy money for is "GGG." I'm not saying he would win easily over Floyd but one thing would be utterly guaranteed and that'd be he'd get one heck of a payday. I can see shades of Hagler-Leonard but forecasting a Mayweather win or even the remotest possibility of this fight happening is premature. Essentially what a thread like this does is enliven a thoughtless but spirited debate. Mayweather has a great chin but he'd be facing a fighter younger and potentially much stronger.Initially I thought Mayweather meeting GGG at 154 would be a bad move for Money May because of the weight disadvantage. The more I think about it, Mayweather is so much better than GGG, he can handle him at 154.
However, just to keep it fair, Mayweather should ensure the fight is at 152 (Make GGG sweat since he wants the shot of his career).
Mayweather would wipe the floor with GGG. First off, GGG's defense is not world class. Look at how he followed Macklin around the ring instead of cutting it off. He also follows with no head movement.
Secondly, Floyd knows how to tie up. That is a very important skill to utilize. Holding can prevent boxers like GGG from getting into punching rhythm. Mayweather, Ward and Hopkins are MASTERS at this.
Lastly, Floyd punches too fast and crisp for GGG to deal with. GGG is not overly fast and he walks in, at times, with his hands low. He also walks in without jabbing first.
Floyd will tatoo his face - Guerrero style - all night long. Floyd would be too fast (offensively and defensively), to crafty and too smart for GGG to deal with.
I hope GGG does cut the weight and come on down to 152. After Floyd whoops Canelo and GGG, he's Ray Robinson status.
Call me what you want, but I speak the truth. 44-0.
As fighters age their challenges become more daunting. Nature has its limits and since Floyd Mayweather is natural, so does he.Comment
