Canelo had a hard time getting under 152 for a 150 CW fight several years ago. Imagine the even bigger version of Canelo making it under 152 now? It's going to be very tough. Why didn't you pick up on that since you love discussing CWs?
Here is Oscar speaking the truth BEFORE the fight was contracted for 152:
"Canelo is barely making 154, says De La Hoya, and he can’t even make 152 for a catchweight fight. De La Hoya is probably speaking the truth about that because Canelo failed to make the catchweight of 150 lbs. for his fight against Matthew Hatton 2+ years ago for the vacant WBC junior middleweight title. Canelo weighed in at 151.8. but the fight still went ahead"
