Beating the 5-6 ranked Jr WW, who just lost, and arguably lost 2 out of last 3 fights, and is fighting for the first time at 147 does not warrant a fight with Floyd. But Floyd will lose Sept 14th so we might get it but by then will it matter

Manny just going to spit fire and move, and and stop him by cuts and punishment....
Rios will never be the same pressure fighter after this,, unless manny becomes roy jones and rios is his glen johnson.... Then all bets are off..
I won't be surprised if Manny turns this guy into a slobbering vegetable, he is close to that now. He is fun to watch, but I'm afraid he will have a very short career as his only defense is his face. It could get ugly and dangerous for Rios.
