The only chance Rios has is if Manny is "Completely" done...and I mean COMPLETELY done. If Manny is mentally and physically up to par, Rios may get beat the **** up. He's a 140lb punching bag.

Beating the 5-6 ranked Jr WW, who just lost, and arguably lost 2 out of last 3 fights, and is fighting for the first time at 147 does not warrant a fight with Floyd. But Floyd will lose Sept 14th so we might get it but by then will it matter

If Floyd loses, he'll retire like Trinidad and Hamed. No way can his ego handle a loss.
