Like I said, Floyd is just now coming into his prime.
I don't think you understood my post at all.
Yeah those guys got beat, (If you stay in this game long enough and fight everyone, you're eventually going to get a loss) but Mayweather waited for other guys to beat them, because he was too scared to get in the ring himself with those guys.

Not to mention he's a hypocrite. Criticized Pacquiao for asking for catchweights, but turns around and does the same to Canelo.

Can't be beat when he's the biggest ducker in the biz currently. Even requires catchweights when he disses others for doing the same. GGG would wreck his world, but it won't matter. Canelo is going to cook his goose... ah... duck.. medium well.

Dude you sound dumb! margarito was cheating, Williams please, he fought cotto and may wasn't in his prime either when they did! Pac wanted to fight may but everyone knows why it didn't happen BOB ARUM! As far as the catch weight I think it is justified considering that nelo is bigger, stronger and younger then may!

GGG can beat floyd. Very good boxer, smart, power in both hands, intelligent, he would massacre floyd.

                  we will never know though.

if nobody can beat you, then why drain canelo?

floyd's confident 'cause he knows that he's fighting a weight drained zombie!

Your spot on. Thats exactly why Floyd took the fight IMO. This could well be an easy nights work for Floyd. Canelo just don't throw enough. The fact he's talking about intelligent pressure makes me even more worried Floyd is going to dance round him all night. If your talking "intelligent pressure" against someone with Floyd's reactions you better have great footwork and speed that equals or betters your opposition. I don't see that in Canelo. Stand off him and give him any room and you'll be punished. I've always thought Canelo's physique is a tad too muscular which would explain his generally low output. (I'm not looking at punch numbers but thats always the general feeling I have when watching him fight).

I think it's got to sustained pressure against Floyd (lots of body work) in light of piling it on the championship rounds if you have enough left. Floyd has slowed and even in the RG fight showed plenty of signs of adjusting his game as his tank has held less. More time spent of the ropes, the little sneaky clinches on the refs blind sides etc. Can Canelo land enough meaningful punches to slow him down early before he is sickened with the counters, getting beat to the punch, losing the rounds etc? I go back to Canelo's output, add in the catchweight and lack of the inside game that seems to inflict every ref for a Mayweather fight and that's is why I think Floyd is really is comfortable with this fight.
