Other than Chavez, there is no one at 160 who would make more money for Serg than GGG.

Cotto is the only maybe and thats if he would b willing to move up to 160 or Sergio drop down.

I am slowly seeing a turn on Martinez which I think is PATHETIC, just a year ago the Forums was buzzing like crazy over Martinez now all of a sudden I have seen the Bandwagon empty and jumped to GGG

Even HBO is doing it so much for Loyalty!

HBO is no longer in the business of protecting fighters, they're trying to make the best fights given the constraints.

I agree. GGG may be the best fighter under 168 as of right now.

Ehh, or people are just calling it like they see it. Fighters get old quick. This is nothing new. I am still a huge Martinez fan but you have to be a fool to not realize his athleticism has diminished. And he relies HEAVILY upon it.

sergio is just about at the end of his career and to feed him to ggg would be like hanging a t-bone in front of a hungry lion... ggg catches martinez by rd. 6.... breaks him in half... and i like sergio but he couldn,t with stand the pressure...

you're the champ. fight or retire.

I doubt that GGG was in the future for Sergio at ANY age! Most inteligent businessmen avoid risks and in boxing "risks" come in the form of "punchers"!
GGG has enough mobility and coordination to track down Sergio when he's on the move and enough hand speed to apply pressure to force Sergio to STOP!
Once he STOPS the fights over! Ray

I agree Martinez is getting old really fast, if dibella wants a tune up fight they better choose carefully because at this point I wouldn't be shocked if he lost. I think he should get an extremely nice split and cash out on ggg.
