    when you're sleep you're not eating and when you're sleep the food gets broken down to it's lowest point. (thats why many times we feel like we're hungry in the morning. that previous food that we eat was broken down completely) so in the morning when you weigh yourself you can be down a pound. but when you eat breakfast it starts all over again........(thats just the process of how the body works) the same can be applied to taking a **** and pissing.......thats why some fighters piss when they have to lose that ounce or 2 on the scale.

    thats not water weight though........water weight is when you eat a lot of salty things. sodium/salt retains water (in your body) but this has nothing to do with Golovkin, and it's weird that anyone would even bring up water weight not even knowing what they're talking about.......

      Biology......Be honest, you're about 12 years old and have never competed in a sport. You're completely talking out of your ass its hilarious

          So when JCC jr weighs 160 on friday and is 181 on saturday, where did that weight come from? Is it fat or maybe its muscle? Maybe its magic, i dont know.

          According to you he eats salt and soda and gains 21 pounds of fat in 1 day
