when you're sleep you're not eating and when you're sleep the food gets broken down to it's lowest point. (thats why many times we feel like we're hungry in the morning. that previous food that we eat was broken down completely) so in the morning when you weigh yourself you can be down a pound. but when you eat breakfast it starts all over again........(thats just the process of how the body works) the same can be applied to taking a **** and pissing.......thats why some fighters piss when they have to lose that ounce or 2 on the scale.
thats not water weight though........water weight is when you eat a lot of salty things. sodium/salt retains water (in your body) but this has nothing to do with Golovkin, and it's weird that anyone would even bring up water weight not even knowing what they're talking about.......
