He isn't much better than Golovkin in the resume department.
N'Jikam is a B level opponent no question but as far as boxing ability I rate him higher than anybody 3G has fought. And thats including Macklin, who im sure we both agree is the better all around boxer. Im just talking pure boxing ability. I thought N'Jikam looked the part but couldnt take a punch.

      NJikam:

      1. passed on fighting GGG for the vacant WBA regular belt
      2. dropped his WBA interim belt when ordered to fight regular champ GGG

Hagler would have destroyed Edison Miranda within four rds and Golovkin in 3-4 rds Golovkin is good kid but a hype job I just hope he doesn't start believing his own hype because that makes it even worse. At this stage of the game I believe kid chocolate has a very good chance of beating him and if Macklin can take is shots I like Macklin in the fight, he is a nice kid though and good luck to him but he doesn't remotely resemble anything in relation to a prime Marvin Hagler and honestly he never will, he doesn't have the skill sets, ability, punch variety, chin, determination, and toughness all the things that made Hagler such a great fighter. But in terms of ruling the present MW division im not sure about that I would like to see how he fairs against even Chavez Jr which I view as a toss up fight, I see nothing about him that suggests he will be the dominant champ even in this weak MW division, but good luck to him.
        Edison Miranda?!

GBP hasn't always been banned from HBO. PQ received several offers from GGG before that went down

I can see the comparison. When Miranda was in his prime at 160 he was KTFO'ing a lot of C level guys just like Golovkin has been doing and lost a really close fight to Abraham in Europe.

He was the favorite in the Pavlik fight too, and people were even touting him to stop Taylor if he got a shot at the title. Ultimately Pavlik took his soul though. The comparison as there, even though Golovkin looks much more refined.

Im not pretending to be an expert on N'Jikams resume. Im only going by what I saw in the ring. He looked like a pretty decent boxer to me. I didnt know who that Gonzalez dude was either until I seen him give it to Ricky Burns for 8 rounds until he faded.

Lacy and Golovkin are actually more comparable.
