not sure who he should fight next though. Maybe Murray?
Geale vs Barker will be on HBO. Im quite sure HBO would like to have the winner of that fight Golovkin in November, provided he wins tomorrow.

Golovkin has done his best to fight the best out there whereas Quillin is very selective about who he faces. Danny Jacobs is apparently up next which says it all. He is bigging up N'Jikam as an opponent even though he has no good wins and Quillin screwed him out of a rematch.

His comments about the ratings he got on someone else's undercard says it all really. The guy is 30 years old and still happy to have the same kind of 'championship' run that Andre Berto had.
That Danny Jacobs guy is quiet an talented kid. Hes good opposition and maybe an more matured fighter now. It would be great if they could make Golovkin vs. Quillin after Macklin is destroyed. But if Golovkin destroys Macklin, i bet Quillin goes back to avoiding him.

Hagler would have destroyed Edison Miranda within four rds and Golovkin in 3-4 rds Golovkin is good kid but a hype job I just hope he doesn't start believing his own hype because that makes it even worse. At this stage of the game I believe kid chocolate has a very good chance of beating him and if Macklin can take is shots I like Macklin in the fight, he is a nice kid though and good luck to him but he doesn't remotely resemble anything in relation to a prime Marvin Hagler and honestly he never will, he doesn't have the skill sets, ability, punch variety, chin, determination, and toughness all the things that made Hagler such a great fighter. But in terms of ruling the present MW division im not sure about that I would like to see how he fairs against even Chavez Jr which I view as a toss up fight, I see nothing about him that suggests he will be the dominant champ even in this weak MW division, but good luck to him.
Golovkin is for real dude! But he should not move up to 168, he said he could fight anywhere against anyone between 154 and 168. But hes not even a verry big middleweight. On fights night he weighs about 166 pounds, thats less than an Saul Alvarez weighs at fight night and thats an 154 kid! But even though hes a bit small, hes still verry strong physically (Golovkin) and right now i see nobody at middleweight who could beat him. But he should not move up to fights guys like Ward or Froch....

Come on GGG is already in his 30's and has not fought ANYONE! Macklin is his best opponent and he got stopped two fights ago. Holy **** does anyone else with a brain understand that he is 30 and untested?! I mean for **** sakes in Rigo's case he does have a good amateur background but has surpassed GGG's case in less than 12 fights? Quillin has fought wayyy better opposition and fools are too blind to see it. Golovkin went from fighting European and Japanese bums to fighting faded contenders with hella L's on their record and that have been stopped. What's all this Golovkin hype about??

Quillin passed on several offers from GGG, as did just about all the top 10 contenders. What do you propose? Now that the hype is strong, some guys are willing to fight him, so he'll get exposed sooner. So what's the problem?

Obviously you clearly haven't followed Golovkins career. Felix Sturm literally ducked him for two years and paid the wba money not to fight him. Ndam pulled out twice (didn't show up for a purse bit then another time dropped the imterm belt). Dmitry Pirog was scheduled to fight GGG but injured his back and withdrew (which is why Proksa stepped in). Geale was stripped his title for not fighting GGG.

Only Rosado, and now Macklin had the balls to step up.

Further, like Rigondeaux who is in his 30s, Golovkin had a GREAT amateur career and beat guys like Bute, Andre Dirrel, Geale, Andy Lee, etc.

Do you even know why he's "untested"?

Regarding N'jikam Quillin said "Why won't they put him (Golovkin) in with a guy like that" Someone should tell Peter N'jikam vacated his WBA Interm belt rather than fight Golovkin. Golovkin's opposition wouldn't be questionable if vaginas like Quillin, N'jikam, Sturm, Geale, Mundine had fought Golovkin when Gena tried to make it happen.

This guy is a clown talking brave now that he knows the network dispute means there is no way he can fight Golovkin anytime soon.
