Also lets look at the majority of these crowds, theyre Canelo fans.. even in Grand Rapids.
Had he fought Devon he would still of sold around a million ppvs. Who exactly is Canelo doing a million ppvs against, certainly not Devon. Wow, Canelo has poor little Mexican children in attendance, yeah that's gonna rack in the ppv buys. Get real kid.

Alvarez is a very long way away from being at the level of Mayweather or having enough interest to shell out real cash on him. Other than Mayweather or Cotto, Alvarez wouldn't even be sniffing a PPV unless he was on the undercard.
      Canelo-Cotto = Higher selling PPV than Money-Guerrero

once again ill ask if canelo is the A side why did he agree to a catchweight he didn't want in the first place?

why did his team offer floyd a catchweight of 150 years back?

what A side begs for a fight?

He's only 22 and look at his fan base.. and his career is just starting... look at mayweather's fan base at 22... nobody gave a ****.... I'm a boxing fan first.. so I like both fighters... I just hate when negativity is brought upon.. then you have to call them on it... basically...

Mayweather can eat some steaks and put some weight on his ass, so Andre Ward can whip it. He knows he couldn't draw flies to a dumpster until he beat Oscar De Lahoya. I know this is true, because I was managing him when he couldn't sell out his hometown of Grand Rapids or the San Francisco Auditorium, which only seats 6,000 people.

Any man that represented the United States of America and won a gold medal is not only known, but appreciated by all Americans. Something Floyd didn't accomplish. And that invitation on his blueprints for knowing how to get millions - we pass on that, because we know to make millions, but more importantly, how to keep it.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is trying to befriend Broner so he won't be faced with Broner getting in his ass. But at the end of the day, he would have a problem with Broner, because Broner is a real one. And Floyd knows, like I know, that he's uncomfortable with real men around him

OHHH MYYYY GAWWWWWWD (jim ross voice) did floyd just say that. Does this mean another 20-30 page thread. How can this be. Floyd you only sold 900k with Ghost. ODH made you. yaaawn.

Canelo is a strong B-side. ALthough if I were floyd I'd do like zhou shimming and get a HOF'er to be my semi main.

But would it do more than Mayweather-Cotto. Doubt it. Root for who you want but people need to chill and keep things in perspective. Canelo isn't near Floyds selling power. Floyds gate for a 16,000 seat MGM does 3 to 4 times more than Canelo in a 40,000 seat venue. It isn't really close at this moment.
