The only one going backwards in the ring was Groves. Ugly Kid is **** scared of a rematch. He doesn't even want to face Kenny Anderson again.

Is Joe becoming the new Oscar? Always picking dudes to beat Froch like Oscar does against Floyd.

Froch new fame starting to get poor 'ol Slapzaghe bitter.

        No he doesn't...

Groves is just a tough guy in the ring with a good chin. I don't see a lot of skill. No head movement and defense.

        Froch would beat him.

Calzaghe picked Froch to beat Kessler.....and he didn't pick Groves, he said he has a chance.

Sounds like you've never seen Groves fight. I wouldn't describe him as tough and his chin is dodgy as ***. He has decent head movement, his defence is worse than it should be though considering how much he runs.

I think Groves is good enough to make it interesting.

But Froch would probably get him out of there at some point.

I think calzaghe is right in that groves had an outside chance of getting the win. A very small chance, he's a young, hungry and half decent fighter. I'd see froch probably finding holes in his defense though.

I like and respect Joe....but his ongoing spat with Froch is getting borderline tedious/predictable and he does tend to rather boringly question and belittle Froch's credentials at every given opportunity.

Whenever Froch does something Joe tends to react like one of Pavolv's dogs; it is a conditioned response.

Just for the record - Groves is not ready for Froch for at least 12 months and guess what; that's a virtual replay of the whole Calzaghe-Froch dynamic. Groves will come through at the exact point Froch calls it a day.

Groves would be the live dog big time. That kid throws
fast straight powerful punches, i give him an excellent chance.
