I just don't understand what people get out of trying so hard to validate one fighter or another. Like somehow being right about who ducked who validates your life or something. Please.

The fight not happening was better for them all (Mayweather, Pacquiao & especially Arum) and crap for the fans. I can't and won't denigrate either of the best fighters of this era. I'll speak truth over someone else's bs but this thread and the neverending saga is ridiculous. Every fighter gets media hype, Mayweather included. Pacquiao fought his way to the top and the media added what was necessary to make money out of what was supposed to be the biggest fight ever. Both diva teams messed it up.

I scored the fight 7-5 Pac. That said, why would the judges "rob" the second biggest star in the sport and Arum's golden goose?

Now, I'm assuming that neither hit puberty when they were 30. But outside of that, I don't see how Pac fighting as a welter or jr middle is any bigger deal than Floyd doing it.
Dude Pac won 3 divisional titles and fought ATG below Floyd's starting weight. That doesn't come at 0 cost, it's heavy wear and tear

WTF are you talking about? Pac made his pro debut in 95. Floyd made his in 96. They both won their first world titles in 98. Actually, Floyd won wis a couple months before Pac won his. So they've basically been competing at a world class level the exact same amouth of time. The only difference between the two is that as tennagers, Floyd was competing at the highest level of amateur boxing and Pac was fighting, and geting KTFO, by tomato cans in the Phillipines. Get your facts straight because you basically have just been made an ass of.

It's not the only difference. This is pro boxing bud, world titles count, and the midget has 3 of them below Floyd starting pro weight. Coulda woulda, heard it before. I see that in your heart Floyd is the champ of all divisions.

It sounds weird coming from a cherry picker, catchweight queen, and a rich coward.
