i think technically it should be ruled as a knockdown because it is illegal to hold the rope while in the fight, but i guess it is still the referee's discretion to call it or not. in this case the referee gave morales a good break. just an opinion.

If the rope(s) are the only thing holding you up, it can be called a knock down.

yea I think it shoulda been a KD. Ive seen cases like that. The ref comes close to a fighta who almost went down and just starts counting.
