Geez i love boxing i've been following it on a daily basis through boxingscene, boxrec, HBO, showtime, etc for the last 3 years but this is ridiculous. I'll always continue to be a passionate fan of the sport but something has to change with these bogus match-ups. I understand certain fights can't be made for various reasons but a fight like this needs to be made, every boxing fan demands it and now there's talk of a judah rematch? I know it's far from official and i pray it doesn't happen but cmon something's gotta give with this crap.

Pac was a PPV fighter before the fight with Floyd was even being seriously proposed. Floyd was 'retired'. The so called rivalry helped both guys sell their fights, that was the main point of the 'rivalry' in the first place.

The way I remember it, during Floyd's "retirement", Pac did about 300K PPVs with JMM in their second fight and about 1.25M as the B-side of his fight with DLH. About half of what Floyd did with him. I'd say the numbers show Pac's number dramatically increased when he started being promoted as the guy who was gonna beat Floyd. Floyd was doing big numbers before he was linked to Pac and continued to do big numbers even though he was being unfairly accused of ducking Pac.I doubt very seriously Floyd benefitted any from being accused of avoiding potentially the biggest fight in boxing history.

Matthysse's promoter M. Arano said there's two dates and two loct. for the Garcia fight Sept. 7 Las Vega or 14 in Los Angeles #boxing


sept 14 makes me question how legit this guy is.....but it could be a split site ppv like they did with canelo before.

WTF they doing some west coast bs. I guess we can forget seeing this fight on the east coast. God damnit.
