However, I wish Danny would find someone other than Judah. Getting a lil tired of the sr citizen tour he's been on since the Khan fight. Truth is, Khan deserved a rematch and I don't think the Garcias were too crazy about that idea either.
Reminds me of Chad Dawson; when he stopped fight old heads he started taking L's...

I'm ready to cancel Showtime AND stream Floyd vs Canelo if they go thru with this. Who else is on board?

            WOOWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!
Garcia's gonna fight Judah!??! My boy Danny's got some brass balls going against him. Its going to be a tough fight but Danny got this one. Judah will go down to his killer right hook!!!
            Go Swift!
Too bad there's no one left for him to fight after that.
Give me a minute I'll google to see if there's someone else worth fighting in the 140 /147. Nope, no one.
You know what, maybe a Garcia vs Morales III, that could be an interesting fight.

IF true, garcia will never live this down and everybody should be pissed at GB for blatantly lying to us this whole time. garcia/zab has been rumored for weeks.

Crazy, but If Danny is really that fearful of Matthyese then he should just leave 140 all together and move up to 147..

Nah he should leave boxing all together. Cause Lucas and the duck move will haunt him his whole career.

Well, in Dawson's defense. When he was fighting the likes of Tarver, Johnson, and even Hopkins, they were all at the top of the light heavyweight division. Beating them helped clear the way for the guys like Pascal and Cloud to get to top of the rankings.

In the case of Danny, he's been fighting the older guys and none are considered top players in the jr welterweight division. He was being outboxed by Khan when he handed the big punch and would likely lose a rematch. His pops knew this and shot down an immediate return bout. How was Morales more deserving of a rematch than Khan? I didn't really have a problem with him fighting Judah the first time. Mostly because even though everyone has gone crazy over Matthysse, Judah holds a victory over him. But having beaten Judah and Lucas' impressive victory over Peterson, Lucas has clearly moved past Zab, razor thin decision or not.

In the end, Danny is a very limited fighter, kinda an underdog champion, and he and his pops wanna milk the title before cashing out in a big payday. And Danny's right there. IMO, he makes more sense for Broner than Lucas does. And Danny would make more money fighting AB than Lucas. And he's also in line for the ultimate payday against Floyd. Truth is, Danny doesn't really need Lucas. I think he should fight him. But from a business standpoint, its not really a smart fight.

If this happens its bull**** if you are a young champion and have to rematch two guys that are past their prime and on their way out that doesn't say much good about you.
