thats a fight broner is gonna look great in imo. i think he will always have an issue with volume punchers just like winky wright. its the one detriment to their style. with that said, maidana is not a volume puncher and hes not a particularly crisp or fast puncher either. i think this is a perfect fight for broner and one he will win handily. then it'll be everyone back to either overrating him or hating him for his out thew ring talents. the kid isnt floyd. but he is very good. the fact that he could jump over a division at 23 and win a fight is proof of that. and while he didnt put it all together last weekend, we saw traces of his innate abilities. people are gonna be hating him for a long time coming.

Yeah he was dropped round 1, but as for not stopping Khan, you need to watch the fight again. Joe Cortez saw to it Maidana couldn't work on the inside. He was (as usual) breaking up any attempt at that. I'm just glad that worthless jerk is out of the ring permanently.
