Edrin Dapudong will surpass all of the above mentioned fighters. He'll be the next boxing superstar.

It seems like every 1-2 year we produce a cheap copy of one of the above who then get exposed in a short period of time, who is the next Boxing superstar? Does anyone really hold Canelo in that light or Broner after last night?
Let me first say something. We have a new Manny Pacquiao and he is from Argentina. His name is Lucas "the Machine" Matthysee!

Who is the next superstar? I'm not really sure. We have a lot of B level, possible A level fighters but elite? Not many people fit into the elite category. If any at all.

Remember when everyone thought Rigo was over rated because he didn't look 100% perfect in one of his fights? This is the same **** again except the flaws Rigo showed were far worse than the ones Broner showed.
Rigo's technically the nearest thing to perfect in boxing you ****ing bellend

It'll be funny if the Chinese take to Zou Shiming and he becomes the new face of global boxing.

There are emerging stars in almost every weight class, but casual fans are focusing on a select few that promoters/networks are pushing to the moon, namely Canelo and Broner. Other fighters gotta work much harder for their hype, but boxing has a way of weeding out the pretenders and maintaining balance so everything will work out fine in the end. Every fighter at some point needs to prove in the ring if they're worth the amount of hype they receive.
