Also, keep in mind DeMarco is sloooww. In Broner's last two fight, he didn't look that fast and he was there to be hit.
Personally I don't think the lw division has had a clear number one in years! Before Broner, Burns, Vazquez and DeMarco would all be ranked highly but none of those guys were clear number ones. Now we have Burns and Vazquez, I really hope those 2 get it on and we know once and for all who is the best at 135...it's silly how the Ring still as Broner ranked number 1 at 135

Don't bother. These blind sheeps just go with what they're told. They can't use their own judgement. If the RING said DeMarco was the #1 at 135 then he must be. The same way Broner and Canelo are P4P....

I recognise Vasquez as the number 1 in the division. Broner, Burns, and whoever else have to beat him to consider themselves top dog.

It was really telling how much Broner got hit by a guy like Gavin Rees in that fight.

Burns out grew the sfw division, moved up to lightweight, by the time Broner was champion at lw Burns at the time had signed to fight Vazquez and Broner didn't wait around, preferring to fight a washed up Paulie. Didn't work out well for him.

Yup. You could see this Paulie outcome coming a mile away. So long as Paulie stayed standing up, this was bound to happen. Bound to.

I mean f**k, Gavin Rees. GAVIN REES. Lmao

Just bumping this, as I predicted Broner's loss to Maidana in 2013, before the fight was even made (post Paulie).

Also, Broner hasn't show much improvement in being a good enough counter puncher to deal with guys who can put pressure on him. That still includes Matthysse.

I'm only picking Broner to win his next fight because of the catchweight and rehydration limit. That should tell you how much I think he's improved. Porter will be on him just like Taylor was, and will definitely do more damage if the CW hasn't affected him too much.
