He wasn't crying over the decision, he's just annoyed with the scorecard of the third (NY-based) judge.

Rounds are scored by effective punching.

Broner popped Paulie's head back on numerous occassions. Paulie's punches were ineffective and had little visual effect on Broner.

If an amateur scoring system was used then Paulie won hands down.

This is the pros and Paulie's pit pat style did not and should not have earned him a W.

I guess the whole "clean and effective" thing falls on deaf ears. Putty patting a fighter on his arms and glancing off their head should win u a fight. Obviously. I really wonder if people understand what they are watching.
