Why wasn't Broner deducted points for kicking Paulie in the balls?

Why wasn't he deducted points? That is usually the kind of infraction that doesn't get a warning and is straight away 2 points.

It was clearly not an accident, he just straight up decided to kick Paulie in the nuts. So why no point?

Points should have been deducted. Paulie would have at least gotten a draw if they were. And if that sorry ass Ref would have taken points (like he should have) for AB's illegal punches, Paulie would have easily won.

I am sure someone will make one eventually, but he held paulies head down, kicked him in the nuts then whipped a right uppercut or a hook. It was clearly intentional.

Even Bernard Hopkins was like "Well that is clearly illegal"

Because don't you always just unintentionally kick your shin into another mans nuts then whip a punch with perfect balance all the time? That happens to me like 4 times a day.
