Broner would beat Matthysse for me, something like 8-4. Matthysse struggles to win rounds convincingly against slick guys like Devon and Zab. Broner is slicker and more skilled than either. Awkward fight stylistically for Matthysse

He's obviously avoiding the tough fighters in the 140/147. After losing to de Leon I can see why. Its a smart move from the marketing point of view. The mass of people know nothing about boxing and dont see the fights ducked, they just count belts.

This is true. The fact Broner will in all likelihood become a WW champion is ridiculous. Broner could some serious names on his resume if he got in the mix at 140. Hopefully he goes down or, at the very least, fights Matthysse, Garcia n all if and when they move to 147

I somewhat like Broner's personality and for the most part enjoyed the repartee between he and Paulie. I thought it got too X-rated at times, thought Paulie took it there, though. But I really don't think there was a clear winner or loser of the trash talking battle.

But Broner does imitate Mayweather. The "easy work", "easy money" phrase being another theft from Mayweather's persona. I believe he thinks if he just acts and talks like Mayweather, then he will follow Mayweather's path to undefeated records in perpetuity and vast wealth. But One person should not try that hard to be like another, because your own path is just going to be different. You are a different person.

I really don't expect Broner to avoid the top competition like Floyd has done for a long time. When you fight the top fighters then they aren't "easy work". Floyd made that phrase work by not fighting the best for a long time. Once you lose, you can't keep saying it. I know I am in the minority but I think Floyd will lose his next fight, because he is taking a step up In competition, fans have become accustomed to him beating softer opponents so most assume this will be the same.

I also am in the minority and think Paulie won't be "easy work" for Broner. No dominating KO for you. Then "easy work" won't sound appropriate and no one will believe a harder puncher will be either.

I got 100,000,000 on Broner to defeat Lucas Mathysse with anybody I don't care when it happens. I even got Garcia beating him but if you ask me I'd like to see Danny do the job correctly against Zab, he didn't look too good in that one and I would like him to show just how good he is, I love Zab but Danny should have done much better in that fight and even still he did a much better job than Lucas did. they slept on him and took a hit to their stock, I'd like to see Danny rematch Zab for the same merit's he rematch Morales with and make the same statement he made with Morales. his stock took a hit and I think it's best to replenish that hit to his stock first before throwing him in there with the only other top guy left for him besides Peterson

I will support anything Danny Garcia does, I am a supporter 110% so any decision he makes will be fine with me until he does something I can't respect. IMO he should fight Lucas just not next, he should rematch either Khan or Judah or both starting with Judah and let Mathysse handle Maidana and a softer touch being that he already fought Lamont. they should start building hype for it now though.

He WILL fight Lucas just be patient.
